𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 I’m marshalling at The Great Kinder Beer Barrel Challenge today. Do come along to Edale to join in the fun. There is food, drink, music and a bouncy castle!
🚧𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 I'm aware of the huge disruption caused by the sinkhole on the A6015, Hayfield Rd. I've been in touch with Derbyshire County Council, United Utilities and Stagecoach Manchester about the need to complete the repair as soon as possible and get transport links back working. I've been working closely with County Councillor Anne Clarke for New Mills & Hayfield who's been equally as tenacious in keeping the pressure on. I spoke about how incredibly proud I am of High Peak’s history, culture and countryside and how for too long we have been overlooked. Well no more. 📺WATCH: HIGH PEAK DENTAL DESERT Today I raised the issue of access to NHS dentistry services in the High Peak with the Health Secretary in Parliament. After speaking to over 16,000 people on doorsteps over the last two years many anguished residents told me their difficulties in finding an NHS dentist or being forced to go private. I’ve heard stories of families having to wait years to find an NHS dentist or having to travel miles to find one in other parts of the country. This is not fair. High Peak deserves better. I will continue to campaign on this issue and raise it in parliament until we get our fair share of NHS dentists here in High Peak. #HighPeak #FairShare #DentalDesert
